I have the worst hang over this morning, except that i didnt even drink. I think i have been feeding on pills more than real food for the whole week. Plus i cannot remember a phase of my life without pills because i'm on constant medication for my allergy - till date, i still have no idea what i am allergic to/ allergic to everything. This morning i woke up and was determined to be healthy, then i slowly remembered the only healthy food i like is egg. Egg is healthy..right?
